2011 Series - House Project

Week 17

Monday June 13-
Today I worked on my house project on Photoshop. Finished most of the pages with a new layout and logo.

Tuesday June 14-
Continued to work on Photoshop creating more pages, I added research and references.

Wednesday June 15-
Today I finished the book for my house and added a table of contents and a page for the mission statement.

Thursday June 16-
Today I posted my house project book onto my blog and made a folder for it to copy. Then I organized all my other assignments into folders to email and save.

Friday June 17-

Week 16

Monday June 6-
Today I edited my camera views on Envisioneer and added another title block for the interiors of my house. Titling the camera views will make the animation process easier when I am ready to do that.

Tuesday June 7-
Today I continued to work on my house project, mainly the inside of it to get it ready for animation.

Wednesday June 8-
Today I started doing the animations for my house, still working on getting the right path. Also added some terrain to the landscaping of the house for the birds eye view of the animations.

Thursday June 9-
Today I started the cover page for my book of projects on photoshop. I added in my logo and name and made my own layout.

Friday June 10-
Today I finished my cover page and started doing the inside pages of my book.

Week 15

Monday May 30-
Today we had grade 8's visit us to look at our blogs and the projects we were working on.

Tuesday May 31-
More grade 8's came today and we continued to work on our house projects and modeling on Rhino.

Wednesday June 1-
Today I finished all the landscaping and furniture in my house and finished all the views, it is now ready for animation.

Thursday June 2-
Today we finished up all our assignments on Rhino and posted them in full detail to be marked. I added different views of my screwdriver and V-block to my blog and rendered the images.

Friday June 3-

Screwdriver - Rhino

This was our second project on Rhino. A bit more complicated to draw because it has curves. I got up to this point but still need to work on the chisel on the end to complete it. Once i finished the end, I rendered it (second image). From doing this assignment I learned how to draw curved lines and how to trim lines to make a wifeframe and then later render it to make it 3D.
